Landlord Steven Green, a New York native who operates from Tampa, has already sold nearly $140 million worth of his property portfolio, according to today's St. Petersburg Times. The portfolio is mostly made up of underperforming apartment complex assets, sources say. His Tampa mansion, located in Hyde Park, is also for sale, but was recently put under contract for purchase by a high-profile local attorney, according to the Times. The mansion, pictured above, expands 6,990 sq. ft. and boasts five bedrooms on a lovely lot located near Bayshore Blvd. Asking price? $4.2 million.

Prince Edward Island, Canada, is a small island but there are some nice upscale homes and oceanfront properties to be purchased here.
