
Did you know that prior to making an appointment, Realtors often tell their clients to drive by your home?
Buyers look at the neighborhood, but they also look at the outside of your home to determine whether to make an appointment. That said, here are a few things you can do to quickly make your home one Buyers will want to tour.
1. Do you have a yard? Is it in good shape?
A neat and manicured lawn, with trim bushes, or blooming flowers go a long way. Be sure to keep your lawn and landscape in good shape as often as possible while your home is on the market. You would be surprised at the number of people turned off from a home just based on dead flowers, unkept bushes, or overgrown grass.

2. Can your home be easily located?
Bright, clean numbers on the front of your home help buyers find you easily and painlessly. Also, if you haven't done so in a while, change out light fixtures, make sure bulbs are in, and working.
3. Does your home stand out?
Standing out can be good, or bad. If you live in an area where everyone has muted exterior colors, and you have yellor, or pink, you may want to consider an overhaul. But, be sure to research your area, and make sure your improvemens will pay off. For additional tips, click here.
