Do you hate traffic? Are you someone who demands that a home you purchase be “near the highway”? I am definitely a “home by the highway” purchaser! Washington, D.C. 2. San Francisco, Oakland California 1. Los Angeles, Long Beach, Santa Ana, California Word to the wise: Don’t move to California if you have road rage.
