A true professional, Bruss also owned several properties which included homes, apartments and commercial buildings. He also loved to rennovate homes in San Francisco Bay. Besides his experience, and success in real estate, Bruss was also an attorney. He taught real estate law at the College of San Mateo, and was an overall valuable resource, and great person in the field of real estate.
Bruss has mentored, and assisted many professionals in the California real estate industry, and was a sales manager for Grubb and Ellis in San Francisco. The many opportunities he created for himself over the course of his career are extemely admirable. Bruss died of cancer. He will be missed.
