 It seems the website is pretty easy to navigate, however I did find that entering a zipcode did nothing to narrow down the results shown for any given location. If you really want to try to get some idea of what's going on in a neighborhood, before you commit to a 30 year mortgage, rottenneighbors.com will definitely prove to be a good resource to watch. |
We looked at a home on Kings road drive in Cantonment,Fl. It appeared to be a lovely home but we are wondering about the neighbors???? Wondering if they are congenial or not?
The address of the home is 1509 Kings Road.

If you have a dog or children think twice if it is anywhere near the Browns on 174 Lower Beech Hill Road!!!! The women who lives there has a vendetta against people with dogs!!! She has called the police on at least three neighbors about false animal abuse, noise complaints and dog trespassing. She has brought them to court and had them get rid of their dogs!!! Yet, her dog is so mean that the mail lady won't even deliver her mail!! Yet, she runs an unlicensed daycare with over 9 children!! She tells her own kids that they cannot play in her driveway and makes them play in the street!! We had to buy "slow children" signs because her kids are so reckless someone is afraid they will be hit and she doesn't care. She received a free house from the government and feels that she is priviledge and has the right to devalue her neighbors homes by creating a "high-call" police area!!! Think twice before you make this family your neighbor!!!

If you are thinking of moving near 36 West Vine St.in Hatfield beware of these neighbors.If you rent and they do not like you they will try to do anything to make you move.These people call the cops on 3 of my children for skateboarding up and down the sidewalk or even throwing a tennis ball.They have children but they are not allowed out for periods of time.They have called the cops on us numerous times for untrue things about my kids.These people do not work and have nothing better to do than stay home and watch what there neighbors do.I ahve had to call the cops for verbaal abuse to my children from them and verbal harrassment to myself,and Hatfield cops do not care and just say prove it,if you even have a witness they will not help you ut they will help the neighbors because they own(which I found aout they do not)and you rent they say it is easier for you to move then them."BEWARE" of them
